Seaweed wraps with falafel

These wraps are made of 100% organic seaweed. They contain 25% more fibre and 19% more protein than a regular wrap. 

Ingredients
  • 1 seaweed wrap
  • 1 pack Falafel (Florentin)
  • Coconut oil
  • Vegetable spread (Allos Paprika or tomato, or hummus)
  • 1 pack raw shredded carrot
  • ½ cucumber
  • Handful of cherry tomatoes
  • Toppings: fresh mint or coriander, chili sauce
  • Non-vegan additions: yoghurt sauce or garlic sauce, feta cheese
Preparation
  1. Cut the cucumber into cubes and cut cherry tomatoes in half.
  2. Fry falafel in coconut oil until they’re warm and brown.
  3. Spread a thin layer of your spread of choice on the wrap.
  4. Place a line of raw vegetables and 3 falafel down the middle of the wrap.
  5. Top with mint or coriander and sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.
