These wraps are made of 100% organic seaweed. They contain 25% more fibre and 19% more protein than a regular wrap.
Ingredients
- 1 seaweed wrap
- 1 pack Falafel (Florentin)
- Coconut oil
- Vegetable spread (Allos Paprika or tomato, or hummus)
- 1 pack raw shredded carrot
- ½ cucumber
- Handful of cherry tomatoes
- Toppings: fresh mint or coriander, chili sauce
- Non-vegan additions: yoghurt sauce or garlic sauce, feta cheese
Preparation
- Cut the cucumber into cubes and cut cherry tomatoes in half.
- Fry falafel in coconut oil until they’re warm and brown.
- Spread a thin layer of your spread of choice on the wrap.
- Place a line of raw vegetables and 3 falafel down the middle of the wrap.
- Top with mint or coriander and sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.
