Salmon Starter

2 servings:

Ingredients
  • 150 g salmon (raw)
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 lime
  • Parsley
  • Sesame seeds
  • Soy sauce: Tamari
  • Small and big bowl
Preparation
  1. Cut the raw salmon in little cubes, about ½ cm.
  2. Split the cucumber in half and divide these two parts in 3 long strings.
  3. Slice these in little pieces as well.
  4. Cut the parsley.
  5. Mix salmon, cucumber and parsley in a big bowl.
  6. Grate the zest of the lime on top and squeeze the lime juice on top of the mixture.
  7. Add the sesame seeds
  8. Fill the little bowl with the mixture, use a spoon to compress and form it into a nice shape. Place it on top of a plate. Add soy sauce to taste.
