Salmon Starter

Ingredients
- 150 g salmon (raw)
- ½ cucumber
- 1 lime
- Parsley
- Sesame seeds
- Soy sauce: Tamari
- Small and big bowl
Preparation
- Cut the raw salmon in little cubes, about ½ cm.
- Split the cucumber in half and divide these two parts in 3 long strings.
- Slice these in little pieces as well.
- Cut the parsley.
- Mix salmon, cucumber and parsley in a big bowl.
- Grate the zest of the lime on top and squeeze the lime juice on top of the mixture.
- Add the sesame seeds
- Fill the little bowl with the mixture, use a spoon to compress and form it into a nice shape. Place it on top of a plate. Add soy sauce to taste.
