Filled with walnut 'meat' and herbs. Add salad, avocado and a generous spoonful of hummus and roll it up!
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups de-shelled walnuts
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 Tbsp tamari or coconut aminos
- Gluten free wraps
- Sla
- Tomato
- Avocado
- Black olives
- Hummus
Preparation
- Soak walnuts for 2 hours.
- Add walnuts to a food processor and process until mixture is chopped finely but not pureed.
- Put mixture in bowl, add seasonings and mix.
- Add the tamari (or coconut aminos) and stir until incorporated
- Fill wraps with walnut mixture and top with toppings of choice.
Enjoy and eat mindfully!
