Vegan cheese spread
Do you eat lactose-free or vegan? This delicious spread with nutritional yeast is highly recommended! Delicious as a side or a spread for a wrap or seed cracker.
Ingredients
150 grams of cashew nuts
5 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
3 tbsp sesame seeds
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp water
pepper and salt
smoked paprika powder
Garnish:
1/2 tbsp chili oil
smoked paprika powder
sesame seed
grapes
walnuts
Preparation
Make sure you soak the cashew nuts in water for at least 3 hours. Otherwise, warm water will help them soften faster.
Roast the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan.
Blend all ingredients into a smooth mass using a food processor.
Ensure the correct thickness with water and add more pepper, salt, olive oil or nutritional yeast to taste.
Delicious for dipping with vegetables, crackers or (rice) waffles. Enjoy!
