Tessa’s smoothies

Tessa created a few delicious and easy to make smoothies.

Ingredients

Breakfast smoothie
Ingredients:

  • 100 g frozen raspberries/blue berries
  • 150 ml (goats) yoghurt
  • ½ banana
  • 35 g oats
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 6 fresh mint leaves

Snack smoothie
Ingredients:

  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 hand spinach
  • 1 apple
  • 1 hand blackcurrants
  • 100 ml water
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds

Lunch smoothie
Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • ½ avocado
  • 35 g quinoa flakes
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut

Dinner smoothie
Ingredients:

  • 1 zucchini
  • ½ cucumber
  • 3 carrots
  • 6 basil leaves
  • 100 ml water
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
Preparation

Just blend all the ingredients! If you prefer, you can use some extra water.
