Raw chocolate pudding Rauwe chocolade pudding

2-4 persons

Ingredients
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 4 tbsp Raw cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil extra virgin
  • 2 tbsp coconut palm sugar
  • 150 ml water
  • 2 tpsp shredded coconut
Preparation
  • Blend all ingredients into a food processor or blender until smooth and creamy
  • Spoon into a large bowl. Refrigerate until serving.
  • Get creative with the toppings: shredded coconut and fresh strawberries are fantastic.
