Power smoothie

No time or on the go? These meal smoothies are a perfect meal replacement packed with vitamins, protein, and healthy fats!
Ingredients

2 servings:
 

Sweet Cauliflower with Turmeric

• 100 grams cooked cauliflower

• 3 bananas

• 50 grams walnuts

• 50 grams rolled oats

• 1/2 tbsp cinnamon

• 1 tbsp ground turmeric

• 20 grams fresh turmeric

• 1/2 tbsp ground black pepper

• 250 ml low-fat (lactose-free) yogurt

• 250 ml water

 

Chickpeas with Beets and Fruit

• 200 grams cooked beets

• 100 grams cooked chickpeas

• 100 grams red fruit

• 2 small apples

• 1 avocado

• 1 lemon

• 4 tbsp hemp seeds

• 300 1 ml unsweetened almond milk

• 200 ml water

 

Preparation

Sweet Cauliflower with Turmeric

1. Preparation: Boil the cauliflower for 5 minutes.

2. First, put the water and yogurt in the blender.

3. Then add the other ingredients.

4. Blend!

5. Garnish with a pinch of turmeric.
 

Chickpeas with Beets and Fruit

1. First, put the liquid ingredients in the blender.

2. Then add the other ingredients (chop the apple and beets, squeeze the lemons well).

3. Blend!
