Pina Colada as a smoothie and even as a protein-rich breakfast!
2 servings:
• 200 grams frozen pineapple
• 1 banana
• 200 ml coconut milk or coconut water
• 250 ml (lactose-free) yogurt or coconut yoghurt
• 3 sprigs of mint
• 3 tbsp cashew butter
• 100 ml water
1. First, put the liquid ingredients into the blender
2. Then add the other ingredients (banana in smaller pieces) and mint leaves from the sprigs
3. Blend and garnish with a sprig of mint!
