Egg free pancakes

6 pieces

Ingredients
  • 150 g gluten free oats or buckwheat flakes
  • 300 ml water or coconut milk
  • 6 tbsp chia seeds 
  • 3 tbsp coconutpalmsugar
  • coconut oil
Preparation
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Leave for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a pan on medium fire with 1 tbsp coconut oil.
  4. Turn fire low when coconut oil has melted.
  5. After 15 minutes the mixture is one solid piece, cut it with a spoon in 6 pieces.
  6. Form the mixture in the pan into a burger sized patty.
  7. Cook on low fire, 8 minutes each side.
