Overnight Matcha Chia

Start the day with this nutritious 'overnight chia' with natural anti-inflammatory ingredients such as curcuma and omega3. This chia pudding provides immediate energy, is good for your intestinal flora and stable blood sugar levels!

Ingredients

1 serving:

  • 150 ml almond milk without sugar
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp matcha (or greens)
  • ½ tsp spirulina
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • pinch of cinnamon (or raw cacao)

Topping:

  • fresh fruit
  • unroasted nuts
  • goji berries
  • raw cacao nibs
  • coconut chips
Preparation

1. Mix the ingredients very well in a preserving jar or simply in a bowl and cover with a saucer.
2. Place it in the refrigerator and let it sit overnight.
3. Extra nutritious? Scoop of coconut yogurt or slices of avocado.
4. Extra sweet and fiber? Stir in date pieces.
5. Sprinkle the topping over it in the morning & enjoy!
