Overnight apple pie

This delicious overnight apple pie is a perfect start of the day. This breakfast is high in protein, healthy fats, and cinnamon, which keeps your blood sugar stable. Good for your hormonal balance!

Ingredients

1 serving:

  • 40 g oatmeal
  • 1/2 small apple 
  • ½ banana 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp 100% almond paste
  • 200 ml water
Preparation
  1. Put the oatmeal, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and cinnamon in a jar or container.
  2. Cut a quarter of an apple and a quarter of a banana into small pieces.
  3. Add the fruit and water and stir well.
  4. Finally, stir in the almond paste (or save it for the top).
  5. Cover and refrigerate (for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight).
  6. In the morning, add the topping of fruit, nuts, and/or seeds. Enjoy!
