Overnight apple pie
This delicious overnight apple pie is a perfect start of the day. This breakfast is high in protein, healthy fats, and cinnamon, which keeps your blood sugar stable. Good for your hormonal balance!
Ingredients
1 serving:
40 g oatmeal
1/2 small apple
½ banana
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp 100% almond paste
200 ml water
Preparation
Put the oatmeal, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and cinnamon in a jar or container.
Cut a quarter of an apple and a quarter of a banana into small pieces.
Add the fruit and water and stir well.
Finally, stir in the almond paste (or save it for the top).
Cover and refrigerate (for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight).
In the morning, add the topping of fruit, nuts, and/or seeds. Enjoy!
