Moringa smoothies

Moringa is packed with nutrients and antioxidants. Moringa powder contains 7x more vitamin C than an orange, 4x more beta-carotene than a carrot, 3x more iron than spinach, 3x more potassium than a banana, more fiber than in most grains and better absorbable calcium than found in dairy. 

It contains a high dose of magnesium and very good bio available calcium that helps to build strong bones and works very well against osteoporosis and arthritis.

 

Ingredients

Choco Moringa

Ingredients:

  • 250 ml (coconut) water
  • 1 tbsp Moringa powder
  • 1 tpsp Raw cacao powder
  • 1 hand full fresh mint leaves
  • piece cucumber

Detox Moringa

Ingredients:

  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 apple
  • juice of ½ a lemon
  • 1 tbsp Moringa powder
  • 1 hand full of spinach

Cherry Moringa

Ingredients:

  • 250 ml rice milk
  • 1 tpsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp Moringa powder
  • 1 hand full frozen cherries

These smoothies are super simple to make, all you need is a blender!
