Kids cake
This month: a soft and tasty cake for our little ones! Made out of sunflower butter, banana and eggs. Tastes as spectacular as it looks, it's green inside!

Ingredients
200 g sunflower butter
2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C, use a silicon form or line a loaf tin with baking paper.
In a blender combine the eggs and bananas. Blend until smooth.
Add the seed butter, baking soda and vinegar.
Blend together until mixture resembles a smooth paste.
Spoon the batter into the silicon form or loaf tin and spread out until even on top.
Place in to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Leave to cool in the tin before inverting on to a cooling rack.
