Whole roasted cauliflower
Warming and anti-inflammatory. Roasted in ghee or coconut oil and turmeric, cumin, paprika and garlic. The preparation is 10 minutes, followed by 1 hour in the oven.
Ingredients
1 medium head of cauliflower
4 Tbsp.Grass-Fed Ghee or coconut oil
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Topping: 1/2 large bunch fresh parsley leaves
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Melt the 4 tablespoons of Ghee in a saucepan.
Then make the spice mixture
Chop the garlic.
Add the turmeric, paprika and lemon juice.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place the cauliflower in the center of a large baking dish.
Now divide the spice mixture over the cauliflower.
Roast in the oven for 1 hour.
Serve the cauliflower with a little chopped parsley.
