Whole roasted cauliflower

Warming and anti-inflammatory. Roasted in ghee or coconut oil and turmeric, cumin, paprika and garlic. The preparation is 10 minutes, followed by 1 hour in the oven.

Ingredients
  • 1 medium head of cauliflower
  • 4 Tbsp.Grass-Fed Ghee or coconut oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. turmeric
  • 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • Topping: 1/2 large bunch fresh parsley leaves
Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Melt the 4 tablespoons of Ghee in a saucepan. 
  3. Then make the spice mixture 
  4. Chop the garlic. 
  5. Add the turmeric, paprika and lemon juice. 
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Place the cauliflower in the center of a large baking dish. 
  8. Now divide the spice mixture over the cauliflower.
  9. Roast in the oven for 1 hour.
  10. Serve the cauliflower with a little chopped parsley.
