Made from mango, banana, spinach, avocado and coconut milk. Enjoy a topping of fresh fruit, chia seeds and our homemade granola.
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 frozen banana, chopped into chunks
- ½ cup water or coconut milk
- 1 cup baby spinach, fresh or frozen
- 1 avocado, pitted, flesh scooped out
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
- Toppings: sliced kiwi, banana slices, berries, shredded coconut, chia seeds, homemade granola
Preparation
- Blend all of the smoothie ingredients together in a high powered blender until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and top with toppings of choice.
