Green smoothie bowl

Made from mango, banana, spinach, avocado and coconut milk. Enjoy a topping of fresh fruit, chia seeds and our homemade granola.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 frozen banana, chopped into chunks
  • ½ cup water or coconut milk
  • 1 cup baby spinach, fresh or frozen
  • 1 avocado, pitted, flesh scooped out
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • Toppings: sliced kiwi, banana slices, berries, shredded coconut, chia seeds, homemade granola

 

 

Preparation
  1. Blend all of the smoothie ingredients together in a high powered blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with toppings of choice.

Eat mindfully and enjoy!
