Pineapple Spinach Smoothie
Apple-celery Smoothie
Kiwi Kale Smoothie
Peel the vegetables and fruits, cut into small pieces and put all the ingredients in the blender. Add 500 ml of water.
Blend to a smoothie and serve in 4 glasses. Enjoy!
