Green Detox Smoothies

Detox smoothies in delicious flavors by Nora French. Very nutritious with lots of vitamins, minerals and fibers!

Ingredients

4 servings:

 

Pineapple Spinach Smoothie

  • 1 lime
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 500 ml of water

Apple-celery Smoothie

  • 2 apples
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 500 ml of water

Kiwi Kale Smoothie

  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 2 handfuls of kale
  • piece of lemon zest
  • 1 avocado
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 4 kiwis
  • 500 ml of water
Preparation

Peel the vegetables and fruits, cut into small pieces and put all the ingredients in the blender. Add 500 ml of water.

Blend to a smoothie and serve in 4 glasses. Enjoy!
