Gluten free pepernoten

Glutenfree and kids will love it!

Ingredients
  • 150 g oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 5 teaspoons speculaaskruiden
  • 60 g coconut oil
  • 40 g coconut palm sugar
  • 30 ml tablespoons water
Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  2. Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
  3. Blend oatmeal for 30 seconds in a blender so you get a flour-like consistency.
  4. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
  5. Melt coconut oil on medium fire and add to the rest.
  6. Add 30 ml water so the dough gets the right consistency. If it’s too wet at more oatmeal. 
  7. Bake the pepernoten for 15-20 minutes in preheated oven.
