Gluten free crackers

Made out of 6 ingredients: carrot, white onion, flax seed, smoked paprika powder, Himalayan salt and sunflower seeds.

Ingredients
  • 4 large carrots
  • ½ white onion
  • ¼ cup ground flax seeds
  • ¾ cup filtered water
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika powder
  • ½ teaspoon Himalayan sea salt
  • 2 tablespoon sunflower seeds
Preparation
  1. In small bowl put flax seeds and water & set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 95°C.
  3. Place carrots and onion in food processor and mash until smooth.
  4. Add flax seeds, salt and paprika powder to the mixture. 
  5. Place baking paper on a baking tray and use a spoon to scoop the mixture on the baking paper.
  6. Make sure the mixture is equally divided and sprinkle sunflower seeds on top.
  7. Place tray in oven for 6-7 hours. Cut or break in pieces. Keep in storage container.
