Gluten free bread rolls
Easy to make and delicious!

Ingredients
200 g oats (gluten free if necessary)
200 ml warm water
1 tbsp apple vinegar
3 eggs
100 g sesame seeds
100 g ground flaxseeds
100 g pumpkin seeds
1.5 tsp baking powder
25 g almond meal
Preparation
Stir together oats, water and vinegar. Leave to soak for 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius (320F).
Grind seeds to a fine powder. This works really well in a Nutribullit or coffee bean grinder. Add seed flour to a medium sized bowl and whisk together with baking powder and almond meal.
In a separate bowl, whisk eggs into the soaked oats.
Add wet ingredients to dry and mix well.
Shape dough into balls using a spoon and line them up baking paper on a lined baking sheet. You can make them extra pretty by sprinkling some pumpkin and sunflower seeds on top.
