Millet with coconut and goji berries

1 serving

Ingredients
  • 35 g millet
  • 50 ml coconut milk (no sugar, no preservatives)
  • pinch sea salt
  • pinch cardamom
  • 2 tbsp goji berries
  • 1 nectarine or banana
  • 6 walnut halves
Preparation
  1. Heat 150 ml water, millet, coconut milk, sea salt and cardamom on a medium fire.
  2. Turn low to shimmer for about 10 minutes. 
  3. Add goji berries, sliced nectarine and walnut halves before serving.
