A fresh and summery side dish. Flavored with garlic, spring onion and dill. Dressing is made from balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
Ingredients
- 200 g green beans
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 spring onions
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1 cucumber
- Balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons slivered almonds or toasted hazelnuts
- Fresh dill
- Sea salt to taste
Preparation
- Wash the green beans, cut off the heads and grease the beans with olive oil.
- Then divide them on a baking tray with baking paper and make sure that they are equally divided.
- Sprinkle with sea salt.
- Peel the garlic and add to the green beans, you can use whole garlic or cut slices.
- Bake them at 180 degrees for 10-20 minutes.
- Wash the cucumber and cut into pieces.
- Let the beans cool down for 10 minutes and mix with the cucumber, dill, balsamic vinegar and two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
