Roasted green beans

A fresh and summery side dish. Flavored with garlic, spring onion and dill. Dressing is made from balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.

Ingredients
  • 200 g green beans
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 spring onions
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cucumber
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons slivered almonds or toasted hazelnuts
  • Fresh dill
  • Sea salt to taste
Preparation
  1. Wash the green beans, cut off the heads and grease the beans with olive oil.
  2. Then divide them on a baking tray with baking paper and make sure that they are equally divided.
  3. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  4. Peel the garlic and add to the green beans, you can use whole garlic or cut slices.
  5. Bake them at 180 degrees for 10-20 minutes.
  6. Wash the cucumber and cut into pieces.
  7. Let the beans cool down for 10 minutes and mix with the cucumber, dill, balsamic vinegar and two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
