Roasted asparagus and fennel

This dish combines nutrients that directly support dopamine synthesis while offering a delicious way to enjoy more foods rich in tyrosine.

Ingredients

Ingredients (Serves 4):

  • 2 bunches organic asparagus (trimmed)
  • 2 organic oranges (thinly sliced)
  • 1 organic fennel bulb (thinly sliced)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp raw organic honey
  • 1 tsp organic cinnamon
  • Zeezout naar smaak
Preparation
  1. Prep Vegetables: Slice oranges and fennel thinly.
  2. Preheat Oven to 450°F (232°C). Line dish with parchment paper.
  3. Toss Asparagus with oil, salt, pepper. Spread in single layer. Roast ~15 min until crisp-tender.
  4. Whisk Honey-Cinnamon glaze in separate bowl.
  5. Plate Roasted Veggies: Top with orange-fennel mix then drizzle glaze.
