Fruit ice pops

These fruit ice pops contain fresh fruit and are easy to make.
With coconut rice milk, lemon juice, avo, cucumber and fresh mint.

Ingredients

150 gram strawberries

1 banana, 100 g pineapple or 100 g mango

1 small avocado

250 ml coconut-rice milk

lemon juice (1/2 lemon)

piece cucumber (without skin)

6 fresh mint leaves

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in the blender and pour into ice cups.

Freeze for at least 4 hours and enjoy!
