Raspberry smoothie bowl
Full of nutrients. The main ingredients are raspberries, avocado, coconut yoghurt, cacao nibs and coconut chips. This bowl cools you down on a hot day!
Ingredients
125 g frozen raspberries
150 g coconut yogurt
1 avocado
1 tablespoon protein powder (collagen or pea)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cacao powder
Topping:
Fresh organic blue berries, cacao nibs, dried coconut
Preparation
Combine the raspberries and coconut yoghurt to a blender.
Add avocado chunks and protein powder.
Blend to creamy mixture.
Scoop the mixture into a bowl and garnish with the topping.
