Raspberry smoothie bowl

Full of nutrients. The main ingredients are raspberries, avocado, coconut yoghurt, cacao nibs and coconut chips. This bowl cools you down on a hot day!

Ingredients
  • 125 g frozen raspberries
  • 150 g coconut yogurt
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder (collagen or pea)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon cacao powder

Topping: 
Fresh organic blue berries, cacao nibs, dried coconut

Preparation
  1. Combine the raspberries and coconut yoghurt to a blender.
  2. Add avocado chunks and protein powder. 
  3. Blend to creamy mixture.
  4. Scoop the mixture into a bowl and garnish with the topping.
