Energy Booster smoothie

The perfect breakfast or after workout smoothie. A creamy combination of spinach, banana, pear, grapefruit and yoghurt. Add chia seeds on top to finish.

Ingredients
  • 1 Florida grapefruit
  • 1 banana
  • 50 g spinach leaves
  • 1 pear
  • 150 ml (goat) yoghurt
Preparation
  1. Slice the grapefruit in two halves and scoop out the meat. Remove the pits.  
  2. Break the banana into 3 pieces. 
  3. Rinse spinach in a strainer (2 hands full is 50 grams) 
  4. Remove the skin of the pear, slice in halves and scoop out the heart. Chop in pieces.
  5. Blend all ingredients until creamy.
  6. Add 100 ml water if your smoothie is a bit too thick.
