Elektrolyte smoothie

Replenish lost minerals with this smoothie made of veggies, vegan protein and ionic minerals.

Ingredients
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 3/4 cup pineapple
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ginger root*
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds or 25 g vegan protein powder
  • 1 cup water 
  • 1/2 cup coconut- almond or coconut-rice milk 
  • 5 ml Sport minerals
Preparation
  • Place all your ingredients into a blender and blend away until fully combined.
  • Pour the smoothie in a nice glass and enjoy!
