Detox smoothie bowl

A green smoothie bowl made of kale, cucumber, spinach, fresh fruit and a topping of seeds, nuts, coconut and cacao nibs. Great for breakfast, lunch or snack.

Ingredients
  • 2 stalkscelery, chopped
  • 1/2 chopped Cucumber
  • 2 large handfuls kale, rinsed and de-stemmed
  • 1 small organic lemon, peeled
  • handful, fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana or 1 large apple
  • 4 g Chlorella
  • 4 g Spirulina
  • 100 ml water (if mixture is too thick to blend)  

Topping

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds, pompoen or hemp seed
  • 8 walnut halves, pecans or 10 almonds
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp cacao nibs
Preparation
  1. Place all ingredients (except the topping) into a high-powered blender, and mix until smooth.
  2. Poor smoothie in a bowl and decorate with the topping.

 Eat mindfully and enjoy!
