Detox smoothie 2

An alkalising smoothie with enough nutrients to substitute a meal. The banana, avocado and chia seeds give the smoothie a tasty, creamy texture.

Ingredients
  • 200 ml coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1 handful kale
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
  • half teaspoon freshly grated ginger of 2 drops essential ginger oil
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon bee pollen
  • 2 tablespoons collagen protein or vegan protein
Preparation
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth (about 1-2 minutes)

Drink this smoothie mindfully and enjoy!
