Detox juices

Ingredients

Good morning juice

Ingredients:

  • 1 apple
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 2 stalks celrey
  • 2 carrots
  • piece cucumber
  • 1 cm fresh ginger
  • hand full fresh mint leaves

Get super alkaline

Ingredients:

  • ½ cucumber
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 2 handful spinach, curly kale or  chard
  • 2 garlic gloves (or a piece fresh ginger if you don't like garlic)
  • 1 lemon (juice)
Preparation

Use a (slow)juicer for these juices. If using a blender, add 200 ml of water. Blending preserves all fiber and stimulates a healthy colon function. Make sure you put in garlic and ginger first before blending your smoothie. These substances need to be blended and mixed into your smoothie completely for optimal taste.
