Vegan cake

A healthy and high-protein snack made from almond flour, coconut flour and pea protein powder.

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp pea protein powder
  • 2 teaspoons Tumeric
  • 1 tbsp Maca
  • 160 g almond flour
  • 50 g arrow root 
  • 50 g shredded coconut
  • pinch sea salt
  • 3 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 100 g butter or coconut oil
  • 2-5 tbsp water
Preparation
  1. Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Melt butter (or coconut oil) and add the water.
  3. Combine with the dry ingredients.
  4. Preheat oven to 180 Celsius
  5. Bake cake in 15-20 minutes in round cake pan, when using a square cake pan, you need at least 30 minutes.
