Choco almond cake

Ingredients
  • 200 g almond flour
  • 75 g raw cacao powder
  • 50 g coconut sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 ml water
  • 1 banana
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven at 180 C.
  2. Mix almond flour, raw cacao powder and coconut sugar in a bowl.
  3. Use a spoon and press on each little lump to create an equal mixture.
  4. Add the eggs, banana and water in the blender and blend for 30 seconds.
  5. Use a spatula to get the mixture in a silicon cake pan and place it in the oven for 35 minutes.
