Chia seed pudding

These seeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, calcium, iron and magnesium and have a super high fiber content. A great start of the day and say goodbye to any toilet issues.

Ingredients
  • 3 Tablespoons chia seeds
  • 250 ml unsweetened almond, coconut-rice or oat milk
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder or raw cacao
  • 3 tbsp blueberries or raspberries
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut or coconut chips
Preparation
  1. Combine chia seeds, maca/raw cacao and plant milk in a bowl. Stir well.
  2. Once the chia pudding mixture is well combined, let it sit for 5 minutes, give it another stir/shake to break up any clumps of chia seeds. The chia pudding should be nice and thick, not liquidy. If it’s not thick, just add more chia seeds, stir and refrigerate for another 30 minutes or overnight.
  3. When ready to serve top the pudding with berries and enjoy.
