Chia seed pudding

1 portion:

Ingredients
  • 6 tbsp Raw organic Chia seeds
  • 250 ml water (optional: rice or almond milk)
  • 1 hand ful Raw organic sun dried Mulberries
  • 2 tbsp Goji berries
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Preparation
  1. At night you whisk together in a bowl: the Chia seeds, water and Mulberries.
  2. You can use rice or almond milk if you like a little more rich taste.
  3. In the morning you add the Goji berries and pumpkin seeds.

And that’s it!
