Broccoli avocado soup
Super healthy soup, kidsproof!
3 servings:
Ingredients
1 broccoli
1 avocado
Water
Organic bouillon, NO: E-numbers, no yeast
Fresh coriander
Preparation
Rinse the broccoli and cut it into pieces. You can peel the stem and use this part of the broccoli too. Add water to the pan with the pieces broccoli and cover for ¾.
Add the bouillon and cook for about 5 minutes on a medium fire, so it's still crunchy. Cut the avocado in 2 halves, scoop out the pit and the meat with a spoon.
Combine everything in the blender and blend for 30 seconds. When you got a smaller blender, you first put half of the avocado and half of the broccoli soup in the blender.
