Brainfood bowl

A bowl full of brain food! The basis is fish with sesame seeds and seaweed salad containing lots of omega 3 and green vegetables with antioxidants. Serve with mango and spicy kimchi!
Ingredients

4 servings:

  • 200 grams wild salmon
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 150 grams of seaweed salad
  • 200 grams of brown rice
  • sprout of broccoli
  • 1 avocado
  • ½ cucumber (bio)
  • 1 mango
  • 150 grams Edamame beans
  • 4 tbsp kimchi (fermented cabbage)
  • coconut oil 
Preparation
  1. Cut the salmon into cubes and fry them briefly in coconut oil so that the inside remains nice and pink and the outside crispy. Roll the salmon in the sesame seeds.
  2. Cook the brown rice as indicated on the package.
  3. Boil the broccoli briefly so that it remains crispy.
  4. Cut all other ingredients.
  5. Put all ingredients in a bowl or deep plate. Enjoy your meal!
