Kale salad

This salad is rich in antioxidants and is ready in 5 minutes! With pomegranate, avocado, nuts and balsamic vinegar. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 100 g kale
  • 1 crop Little gem lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 avocado
  • 30 gram raw walnuts
  • 4 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  • 50 gram pomegranate seeds 
Preparation
  1. Wash, trim and cut the lettuce.
  2. Combine kale and Little gem in a bowl.
  3. Pour into the bread tin and bake for 45 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle wit olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  5. Slice avocado in little cubes.
  6. Break walnuts and add together with pumpkin seeds to the salad.
  7. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
