This salad is rich in antioxidants and is ready in 5 minutes! With pomegranate, avocado, nuts and balsamic vinegar. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 100 g kale
- 1 crop Little gem lettuce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 avocado
- 30 gram raw walnuts
- 4 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
- 50 gram pomegranate seeds
Preparation
- Wash, trim and cut the lettuce.
- Combine kale and Little gem in a bowl.
- Pour into the bread tin and bake for 45 minutes.
- Sprinkle wit olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Slice avocado in little cubes.
- Break walnuts and add together with pumpkin seeds to the salad.
- Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
