Beet burgers
Beets are a true superfood, rich in essential vitamins and minerals. Beets help cleanse the blood and create more red blood cells. These burgers are perfect for a picknick or a day at the beach.

Ingredients
3 red beets
3 carrots
1 lemon
2 eggs
3 tbsp chia seeds
2 shallots
100 g oatmeal
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon curcuma
Ground pepper and sea salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 200 g Celsius. Place baking paper on the baking sheet.
Rinse the beets and carrots. Chop in pieces.
Place chunks in food processor or blender and add the juice of 1 lemon.
