Beetroot breakfast bowl

Start the day with this delicious pink bowl packed with vitamins, minerals and fiber!

Ingredients

1 person

  • 150 ml almond milk without sugar
  • 1 cooked beet
  • handful of frozen raspberries
  • large tablespoon of avocado
  • 1 tbsp almond paste
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • pinch of cinnamon

Topping:

  • fruits
  • chia seeds
  • pumpkin seeds
  • goji berries
  • mulberries
  • other options: coconut chips, raw cacao, nuts, granola, scoop of coconut yogurt.
Preparation
  1. First blend the almond milk and beetroot well.
  2. Then add the banana, avocado, raspberries, almond paste and cinnamon and blend into a smoothie.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a breakfast bowl and stir in the chia seeds. Place in the refrigerator.
  4. Make the bowl overnight, the night before, if you have little time in the morning.
  5. Top with fruits, chia, pumpkinseeds or whatever you choose. Enjoy!
