Apple brownie

Here is an easy recipe for a creamy brownie using only healthy ingredients. In the blink of an eye, you have a delicious healthy dessert or snack. And don't forget how good your kitchen smells while baking....

Ingredients
  • 4 apples, medium-sized
  • 4 eggs
  • 70 g cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  • Peel and slice the apples
  • Put the apple, eggs, cocoa, coconut oil, baking soda and cinnamon in the blender and blend to a smooth batter. If you don't have a blender, you can use a hand blender. In that case, make sure you whisk the eggs first and spat the cocoa through that, before adding the rest of the ingredients. This will prevent a brown cloud in the kitchen.
  • Line an oven dish with baking paper and pour in the batter.
  • Bake the brownie for about 35 to 40 minutes until done. A skewer should come out almost clean.
  • Let the brownie cool for a while and cut into pieces.
  • Delicious with red fruit, whipped cream or organic apricot jam for that extra Christmas effect.
