Apple brownie
Here is an easy recipe for a creamy brownie using only healthy ingredients. In the blink of an eye, you have a delicious healthy dessert or snack. And don't forget how good your kitchen smells while baking....
Ingredients
4 apples, medium-sized
4 eggs
70 g cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 tablespoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
Peel and slice the apples
Put the apple, eggs, cocoa, coconut oil, baking soda and cinnamon in the blender and blend to a smooth batter. If you don't have a blender, you can use a hand blender. In that case, make sure you whisk the eggs first and spat the cocoa through that, before adding the rest of the ingredients. This will prevent a brown cloud in the kitchen.
Line an oven dish with baking paper and pour in the batter.
Bake the brownie for about 35 to 40 minutes until done. A skewer should come out almost clean.
Let the brownie cool for a while and cut into pieces.
Delicious with red fruit, whipped cream or organic apricot jam for that extra Christmas effect.
