Truffles

Delicious chocolate and date truffles for dessert, with coffee or tea. Sugar-free, lactose-free, and ready in a flash!

Ingredients

10 truffles:

  • 8 pitted dates
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • pinch of sea salt
Preparation

1. Blend everything in a food processor until smooth. Melt the coconut oil if necessary.
2. Roll into 9 or 10 balls the size of a cherry and let them set in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
3. Sprinkle with some cacoa powder. Also delicious with pumkin spices!
